I recently had BSNL install FTTH , everything is working fine except that the phone rings only twice during incoming calls (rings two times and stops). I suspect it has something to do with the Netlink modem VOIP setting . Perhaps a wrong setting in one of the settings in the VOIP advanced menu - heartbeat cycle ? No answer timer ? Long digit timer ? Appreciate any feedback on how to fix this.

Hi I forgot my password (not default) so i reset the ONU by clicking the reset button. I logged in with default login/password. In Device Management I uploaded my Configuration file using "Upload as default" which I had downloaded with all the fibernet connection info. ONU saved the settings and rebooted the device but unfortunately I can't login because I think it updated with the unknown login password which i had changed previously. Now even if I reset the ONU it reboots with the uploaded configuration file details having my unknown login details. Please help me to reset my login details so I can login to my ONU

My neighbour facing the same issue in newly constructed house, so they installed WiFi extender in each room and problem solved.
The 5ghz speed is super fast but it takes maybe up to 9 meters range. the 2.4 it has long-range but not so fast unlike the 5g

Password has been changed by internet service provider, contact him for the password
