Waking up at a consistent time, it's so easily to fall back asleep, but I feel when I stay on a consistent wakeup time and do my Bible study with coffee first I feel so much peace ❤
I've been reading my Bible everyday, consistently since last week. I'm so proud of myself and I don't plan to stop. I read 15 mins minimum and sometimes more, it has been great so far and to spend time with God!

I do agree with reading the Bible for at least 15 minutes a day is beneficial, but overtime wouldn’t you think that you would want to read more? a year ago I didn’t even want to read my Bible for more than 5 mins, but after finding my spiritual gift and wanting a deeper relationship with God, I can get immersed in the Word for an hour/hour and a half if I make the time! and it really gets me in the best mindset, it’s a beautiful sacred experience and I honestly wish I had all day
Agreed. Same with prayer. I was not able to pray for more than maybe 5 minutes. Now I can pray for 30 minutes straight. One time I did for an hour

She's giving a minimum / sample in order for people to read even when they don't feel like it. Of course, the more you want to spend time with Him the better, but every day is different and so even 5 minutes is valid as long as you think of Him

This was such a good routine Ashley! I start my new job tomorrow super excited and I have to start waking up around 5:30-6:00 am which is personally really hard for me, after working graveyard shifts for the last 3 years! I pray to God just to give me the strength to wake up in the morning !

Hi Ashley! So glad I found your channel! I've been working on building a better morning routine because it isn't the greatest rn, it's been a struggle honestly😅I also work from home and I want to integrate more intentional time with God in the mornings and try morning workouts as well instead of working out after work. What a beautiful morning, I'm working on having peaceful mornings like yours; I definitely recommend water also for your nights before you go to bed and try transiting to drinking more tea. I have discovered coffee is more a treat then a beverage supplement meal. Try powder smoothie drinks to replace your more then two cups a day of coffee. Thank you so much for your videos they are inspiring. Looking forward to seeing and understanding more.

Hey Sisters!! I need some prayers please!! I am 14 and homeschooled so my routine is pretty relaxed. I don't get up very early but it is causing me to not be or feel productive and also not grow closer to God. I am not going to bed at a very good time either. So can yall please pray that I will become more disciplined on getting up and going to bed earlier so I can grow closer to God and be more productive. I also love you videos Ashley! Girl i pray you get more disciplined but dear sister you shouldn't take life as a routine you won't enjoy anything for example reading your bible when it becomes a routine you don't enjoy it you just feel obligated try this wake up early first thing go get your bible don't even use a timer just get deep into prayer and worship with God what I'm saying is don't be too disciplined in a routine and also try using a loud alarm lol it works:))) God bless you ❤❤❤

What do you do for work that allows you to do it from home?
I've been kinda feeling down recently, I'm not sure what to do with my life. I know I'm just 15, but I feel like there is something more i could do. could you guys pray for me 🤍?
I want to encourage you to really take this time to learn and grow in the Lord. And to focus on school! That is your job right now. You can also get more involved in church and work on building good friendships with other Christian girls/women and of course work on building good relationships with your family members. Giving back and serving others is always good, so maybe pray about opportunities to do that.
I also want to encourage you to pray about your future. If you desire marriage you can already start praying for your future husband. Pray about college or what you want to do after high school.
These are all the things I wish I had done when I was 15, but my family didn't go to church at the time, so I didn't have any examples of this. I didn't even know what a quiet time was when I was 15 😂.
So the fact that you are even here is so awesome! ❤
Oh and I want to add that exercise is a great way to boost your mood. I can always tell a huge difference in how I feel when I am working out vs when I'm not. And it doesn't have to be anything crazy. I love going on walks or doing a grow with Jo workout on RUclips. 💕

Sometimes we feel so motivated and excited and sometimes we feel more sluggish and unmotivated. But it's always good to ask what God may be trying to teach you in the different seasons.
