U know whats funny Rom, I realize now I'm pre-select and sometimes I feel invisible to women, but I recall a time I felt confident for just one day during my desert days because I did something and succeeded I went up to a chick while I was in a store I liked and said "ur pretty good lookin", I didn't really care about picking her up because I was just happy that day, and then she said "ur pretty good lookin too", then I turned to leave, but before I could walk off she stopped me, and asked for my number haha. I'm starting to realize that the real battle is within, because whenever I get that gust of internal power it feels like nothing can stop me and the anxiety disappears completely, I'm gonna work on the talk to a few every day thing u said, because most days my energy isn't as strong as that day. I tend to get anxious.
Confidence just attracts people in general. For many people, it's a sign of intrinsic leadership. People feel safer and more comfortable with people who they think, knows what they're doing, and what they're talking about... That's the biggest cheat code. Trust me.
I recently saw a statistic that 50 percent of men 18 - 30 years of age admit they have not approached a woman in the last year. They also admitted they didn't do so because of fear of rejection. That low confidence mindset becomes like a suit of clothing that is layers deep. It inhibits how you move and breathe. If you are in a rut start being unpredictable in your life and try something new. Get up at 4am each morning and do an hour of body weight calisthenics then finish with a cold shower. SHock the body. After 30 consecutive days of that routine you will have accumulated a "body of evidence" that you are growing in strength - integral to body game. You will walk taller and have a new respect for yourself. Confidence begets confidence.

IMO, when somebody is intimidated by you or isn't confident in themselves, what they''re saying is "I'm no good and there's a bunch of things you'll find wrong about me. There's a lot of truth in their self-opinion and you have to agree w/ them. Have compassion on them from a distance and keep it moving. You cannot convince someone w/ low self-worth they have high self-worth, they won't believe it and the ones who brag loudly at the same time don't even believe their own hype. Just keep to yourself in this simulation until somebody who's borderline confident in themselves comes along and is willing to risk rejection and ridicule in mass to go for what they want in life. That all it is, some women will not choose you simply b/c the image you have doesn't support what they've been told to settle for by the media, education system, their friends and family networks, etc. Free thinkers are hard to come by in this society, and the more you can improve yourself and deepen your connection to God, the easier you'll be able to spot and further distance yourself from the majority and watch them all decline.
