My SG1000 arrived today. I was sssooo excited, but I still can not start. Looking at all the set up videos, they received the sublimation dye… I ONLY have the printer 🖨️.😩😩😩 Has anyone else received only the printer 🖨️ and no dye???? I paid $358 for the kit but it's not here. 😭😭
@@DorlitaBlakely Hi Dorlita, with the SG500, you can either get a starter ink kit or a standard ink kit, which come with different amounts of ink. The starter ink kit comes with 21ml of ink, and the standard kit comes with 31ml of ink. If you think there was an error, please call us at 800-562-7706.

Print manager is free, Basic Creative Studio is free and Premium Creative Studio is quite expensive.
So the Siser Easysubli ink is the same as the old machine version and you can't use Sublijet UHD on the Siser Vinyl?

I just got my SG500 two days ago and it it came with the ink install kit. But I don't think the ink cartridges were full.
