Were your seats reupholstered? Is that why they are kinda saggy? Your engine compartment is super clean, how did you clean it?

Yup the seat been redone and the engine compartment I power wash everytime come back from the lake.

That "normal wear and tear" on the keel is through the gel coat and shows fibreglass! That needs to be repaired before it becomes a major leak...
