@@Maffchops yeh but we didn’t have a player on a yellow card commit 3 further yellow card challenges without seeing a second yellow. Plus (and you might laugh but it’s true) we’ve had disgusting officials at Bloomers all season. We never have a “Homer” EVER. So I would say this cumulative effect is perhaps tainting what’s happened in recent games. The fact is, we’ve had at least a dozen goals scored by opponents offside, handballing it into the goal, elbowing our defender, two footed challenges not even blown up for a foul.. yet have had stonewall pens turned down. Like last night and like most games. Maybe the refs know the championship players a bit more? I dunno, but what I do know is that there’s really not been any balance all season and with a few games left, there’s not going to be. Archer definitely has a billy big bollocks attitude though. Referees make mistakes, but I don't see much of anything wrong with how last night was handled. Archer scored a great goal and was involved in an unfortunate accident. Don't embarrass yourself and pretend that your players wouldn't have given it the big'un to the Town End if you'd scored in the first half. As for him "damaging the impact upon our young fans" (great phrase that makes complete sense by the way), I don't think you have anything to worry about. You clearly think we're that far gone that we're beyond saving given your last comment. Til next season, you melt.
Firstly it was an awesome crowd attendance, looked pretty much a full stadium, secondly Jane summed it up at halftime re Preston wanted it more, thirdly it was technically a nothing game but I could still sense the passion of home and away fans, what time did you finally get back to blackpool on Tuesday night? Ps my apologies again as it's been a while since I've seen one of your vlogs
Thanks Lee & Jane. Couldnt make the match or watch it on TV...which I'm glad about....The funniest part of your video was after the match when the stewards chased the fan on the pitch but then tripped over themselves and then one pushed the other over as he got up!!! No one hurt so very funny. Onwards to the next Derby but over the 2 legs we still won 2-1 😉
Yes it was actually quite funny but glad they weren't injured it can be slippy on a football pitch without studs. Love my Mini 2 its a great little piece of kit🙂
Gracious in defeat, as it should be. Fair to say both of our squads are going to end up finishing where their respective budget dictates. All the best 👍
Thanks Es for most Blackpool fans safety was the goal and we have achieved it easily so we are happy and it is something to build on. Great to have the proper Derby back 🙂🙂
Neutral fan here who watched the game . I am pretty sure the Coming together was an accident . Best wishes to the injured keeper . Hope he recovers soon .
Preston here, fair play to you n the Mrs on an objective Vlog. I honestly don't think either team allowed the other to play free flowing football to be fair....Cam Archer was the difference in the end (loved his celebration). However having hit the bar twice I don't think you Lashers can have too many complaints...... as for the Policing, then you lot got a better deal than we did last year, and as you rightly pointed out, it was for your own good. If I was to have one criticism of the PNE team tonight, then it would be that a BOWLER should be placed on your head, not in your pocket :)
No we have no complaints you were the better team on the night, wanted it more, chased harder, battled harder. It was a derby and nerves play a part I felt we were the poorer of two poor sides last night. Recently Nottingham Forest and also Sheffield United for me were a gulf apart from where we are and would like to be. We have done well in our first season and sadly the recent injuries to Gabriel, Sterling and Kevin Stewart are not helping us. We have to do it all again next season it's great to have the proper Derby back the 'tram stop derby' with the cods was never a thing
Gutted but roll on Saturday if I was being honest blackpool don't have a proper champion ship centre forward that's where we have struggled this season up front and our crosses from free kicks and corners is not the best, but we have stayed up and got the first job done, great I watched the match on tv and welll done to the pool fans who went to shitdale
We are short in quality in quite a few areas especially when the injuries to key players are wracking up! Now we have lost Grimshaw as well (I Hope that he is okay) I don't think I have ever known a season so bad for injuries?
Hiya Lee & Jane. All our chatline watched this. I watched earlier. Jane such good football analyst & I agree, end of season feel with nought to get up for. Same my Millwall after losing home Swans. Jane must have her lucky Aero eh👍. Gaz
At least we showed class of how to lose a game, the difference in reactions was clear to see. Pool fans utterly disappointed but still didn't abuse our players and lots of clapping despite an awful performance at times. Preston were completely booing and abusing their team at Bloomfield Road. I think it shows how to lose a game with class.
We was at rock bottom with a bum of a manager going nowhere but league 1. We’d of booed our players regardless if it was you or someone else, we was shocking first half of the season. But yeah 1-1 for the season, see you again next year 😉 great vlog by the way!
@@harrypne6515 Rock bottom? You've got to be joking. Not been anywhere near the lows Blackpool had. You had a manager you didn't like, you still had some good results under him like Bournemouth away. So it wasn't that bad. Now compare to the shit Blackpool fans had to put up with the Oystons suing fans etc absolutely farcical goings on, not enough players pre season to have a game etc.
At least you weren’t held back then released straight into the home fans as at glommfield, you could have played all night and not scored even changing your strikers didn’t freshen you up two average teams but we turned up tonight and deserved the win after the shambolic display at your ground
I thought a draw would of been a fair result. Didn’t think much of the home support not very loud and not got a lot of songs. You could hear Blackpool fans singing all game.
@@thedonmakaveli7546 You didn't have a shot on target all game whereas we hit the bar twice on top of Archer's goal. How a draw would be a fair result in that case is slightly confusing, but hey ho. Credit to your fans, very loud for 2,000, fair play.
@@Maffchops you hit the bar once the other was from a Raghu deflection off of our defenders head you cannot count that as a shot. We were looking to play football all you did was put 9 men behind the ball the hoof it up to your striker. That’s why glad I don’t watch that dross every week.
@@thedonmakaveli7546 I think it's rich that a fan of the team that started with Gary Madine up front on his own is accusing the other side of hoofball.
awful chant, hated it, totally agree, in my grandads day people would go to Blackpool to watch Morty and Matthews and would also pop over to Deepdale to watch Sir Tom Finney play oh for those days they were absolute legends
As a blackpool fan, one chant I really don't get is the Jerry yates chant, how can you go on the piss with someone who's alive and well when you die? Anyway I'm being a miserable bastard
Uuurrrrggghhhhh................. that’s all I really feel like saying this morning 😂😂😂 Look in probably most derby games between evenly matched teams, I don’t think you see the away side win very often. It’s very difficult, that was probably the one and only game all season that Preston fans might’ve actually turned up for, I’ve got mates who support them who say deepdale is normally half empty and like a library then suddenly last night after a load of free tickets are handed out, hey presto half the town turns up. Anyway yeah it’s always hard to win your away leg in a derby especially as they will have been keen to level it up after we beat them at our place, again they looked a million miles off the pace in that game like we did last night, just how it normally goes in football but still hugely frustrating performance, I don’t even think it was for a lack of passion or trying like a lot of people are saying, I think the lads gave it their all just a few really bad tactical decisions by the manager I think, also one or two players not fully up to speed after a while on the sidelines like Keshi and then maxwell coming on in bad circumstances although I don’t think he did anything particularly wrong when he did come on. A few players I just don’t think are gonna be good enough for us going forward into next season, I’m not sure Ethan Robson is really what we want, I really don’t understand Jerry’s slow form this season either, and I hate to say it after his performance in last years play off final but Kenny Dougall hasn’t been up to it for weeks now. I can’t help but think a better replacement for him might well be on their way in the summer whether we like that or not. I’d love to know Jerry, Gary and Shane Lavery’s combined goals tally this season and compare it to some of the league’s top scorers tally’s as I think it would be no where near, we’ve been really poor upfront and it’s very concerning. Anyway we still win 2-1 on aggregate 😂😂
Sounds like he is going to be okay. Wouldn't want to be a goalie you have to be pretty brave to dive in to save at a strikers feet it was never my position
We deserved nothing from that game. Terrible tactics, zero creation but more worrying was the lack of giving a shit that was portrayed. It seemed like each player wanted to score rather than actually play as a part of the team. We had no fight, no desire to win, no pulse. That being said, I thought the Preston players showed zero dignity, zero class and zero respect. The tackle on Grimmy was disgusting and I’ve no idea in a million years how the lad wasn’t at least yellow carded for it. When they scored every one of their players ran to our fans and goaded them, and don’t get me started on the rugby tackles. Johnson (who was on a yellow) committed 3 fouls second half that you would normally say were second yellow cards. I’d much rather be a Blackpool fan, who are loving our club than being a Preston fan who are hating our club. It’s pathetic.
I'm only just up Bram I didn't get that finished until 5am (which wasn't much fun tbh) so I haven't had a chance to see the Grimmy incident it was hard to tell in real time exactly what happened. Many PKE fans claim it was totally accidental but the team coming over to celebrate the goal wasn't the greatest tbh
@@LeeCharlesTV Tbh mate I’m only going off what I saw at the time and I felt it was one of those whereby he could’ve very easily jumped over Grimmy, or made sure he didn’t connect his knee with his head. Only Cameron Archer knows what was meant so if I’m wrong then fair enough, but I generally call things at the time and it’s the correct call. Blessed with perfect vision (which doesn’t feel like a blessing with things like this😂😂). That time when the ball went out v Bournemouth, I mentioned it straight away to which my dad (with terrible vision😂🤦♂️) told me the linesman would’ve seen it and I was wrong… yet I was right. Anyway,If it wasn’t meant then my apologies to the lad Archer, but with what he did afterwards I felt it showed up his personality in a rather negative manner. It looked a fairly drab game, was glad to run a bath at full time haha. Will be there Saturday though. PS - awesome to see Carey & Gabriel in the stands. 🍊
If my maths is correct and feel free to challenge this, but I think, not sure but I think 2 goals against you is better than 1 against us, not sure though, need your approval sir.
Great vlog lee class shame about the result never good for Blackpool to lose to Preston I was hoping the tangerine would win as I prefer Blackpool to Preston
That was petty, out of order and showed a lack of class celebrating the goal in front of the Blackpool fans. Bringing the game into disrepute, as Jane said. Two other observations...that stadium announcer sounded like Lee's double!...and some of those lads in the bar before the game looked too young to be drinking!
Not 1-1. 2-1. Oh and I’ve never seen a team put out by critchley argue with themselves before. I cannot believe what I saw last night. Two poor teams but you weren’t as bad as ours. I watched as time and time again each of our players was berating their team mates. Really saddening to see and it shows a few are simply not good enough, but we already knew that.
I have to try and put something positive on it😂. However, I am talking about this season I don't remember many of those 47 wins do you?😉 I could have said we drew the 2nd half 0-0 but nothing takes away the fact we were set up wrong, we wouldn't have scored if we were still playing now and we let you catch us on the break playing 1 stupid man upfront (which I hate) after we had already had a huge let off and we LOST
@@LeeCharlesTV Hi ...I have nightmares still because of the 1970 Fred Pickering game at Deepdale...it imprinted on my delicate 12 year old mind....we got relegated ... Blackpool got promoted...we thought we might get a draw....😂...I will never recover.

Still, at least he won’t damage the impact upon your young fans for too long with his antics. I’d suspect if he actually was owned by yourselves, Ryan Lowe would have a word. Anyway.
See you next season, muppet 😂😉🍊
@@bramtheblackpoolfan6922 I'm not responsible for the refereeing, Daniel Johnson is a niggly little player and I agree he should be punished more - but what can I do? It sounds a little bit like you're claiming a conspiracy theory against your club in general to be quite honest, which is laughable.
Very good video (PNE fan here). New subscriber too :) Good luck
Thanks Mortis can't say I was enjoying still putting it all together at 5am this morning. Thanks for the sub really appreciate it 🙂👍
Firstly it was an awesome crowd attendance, looked pretty much a full stadium, secondly Jane summed it up at halftime re Preston wanted it more, thirdly it was technically a nothing game but I could still sense the passion of home and away fans, what time did you finally get back to blackpool on Tuesday night? Ps my apologies again as it's been a while since I've seen one of your vlogs
Hi George we were back at 11.10pm so not too bad although I finished the video at 5am! which wasn't fun
Raucous atmosphere well captured.
Had no chance of getting the ball we are still not happy about it here I'm afraid
"He was a knob"..."we didn't get twatted by the police", what an elegant lady... lol
We did at Birmingham held back and then attacked by batons it was horriffic
Nor is your comment gentlemanly, although it might be considered sexist…

Our Tangerine Roy loves your videos. He lives Dartford but diehard Blackpool. Your fans so passionate. I always thought only Wall fans that manic. I'm wrong👍. Your fans real credit. Hackneyed to say it. But good Blackpool & Wall safe. Yes you have another crack at Preston next season. Not bad eh👍. Our Dutchman Frank (Feyenoord/Millwall). John Millwall & Liverpool. Jane must have her lucky Aero eh👍. Gaz
Hi Gary always great to hear from you and the gang. Great to hear we are both safe now we will be back down to Millwall next season 🙂
Yep we do have amazing support MrJJ

Poor on the pitch and shambolic afterwards. I was near the vans at the front and was dodging stuff being thrown over, including a wheelie bin.
Good video, it wasn’t a bad tackle on the keeper though…accidental collision
Everton fan last nights result confirmed to me we are getting relegated to championship so see you a Goodison park next season and bloomfield stadium
I saw the result Richo it is not looking great we thought Burnley were nailed on but they are clawing their way out of it. Best of luck
At least police stopped use from getting to use when you came deepdale when we came Bloomfield police led us right into all you’re fans
Police were terrible at Bloomfield Road it still wasn't good there either but yes they kept us safe
Blackpool fans singing “Finney’s in a box” showing there lack of class once again!
awful chant, hated it, totally agree, in my grandads day people would go to Blackpool to watch Morty and Matthews and would also pop over to Deepdale to watch Sir Tom Finney play oh for those days they were absolute legends

I watched it on telly. Preston were crap, but Blackpool were crapper.
the perfect summary Alistair🙂
Uuurrrrggghhhhh................. that’s all I really feel like saying this morning 😂😂😂
Look in probably most derby games between evenly matched teams, I don’t think you see the away side win very often.
Yeah but a half empty deeldale still fills out gloomfield
Btw preston isnt a town
There was a very minimal amount of free tickets given out.
Everywhere they gooooo ~~ Cope harder my little seaside bumpkin

see you there Mark🙂
Best wishes to Dan G. Preston players celebrating in front of Blackpool fans like that = nasty. So disappointed 😢 cheers anyway.
