You can take the monorail to get to the 2 parks. You could also take the free hotel shuttle to Maihama station and walk to Tokyo Disneyland from there-it's a 10-minute walk on the bridge/elevated walkway. I think it's too far to walk to DisneySea from Maihama station, so monorail is the best option. You can check online for the Narita airport bus schedule from Narita airport to the hotel to make sure it is operating when you arrive. When I visited in the fall of 2022 the bus was operating during very limited hours so I was not able to use the bus.
