I loved listening to this episode! As an undergraduate who is considering pursuing a graduate-level dual degree in law and business, I appreciate the insight into his experience at Stanford's graduate schools.
Great interview with great questions, and even more so answers, respectively! However, a good interviewer doesn't make the interview about himself/herself - the interview was supposed to be about Orlando Bravo, not Randall Kaplan and how amazing the latter was. Perhaps a good example for Randall to learn from is David Rubenstein who has a debt of knowledge and experience in PE much grater than Randall's, but never makes it about himself, instead he always makes it about the interviewee. That's a great interviewer!
I can't stop watching these podcasts! A must watch for everyone aspiring to get better everyday.
I end up crying… so much admiration!!!🙏🏻🙌🇵🇷✨

So cool that he uses the same principles in work as he does in his philanthropy. His passion to do-good is incredible!
Not often is an interviewee blown away by the interviewing-truly speaks to your diligence!
2:11 - when I knew this podcast was going to be exceptional. Randall's preparation is just unreal
Such a terrific episode! An incredibly humble man who has accomplished so much

Love that all the guests are big on work ethic!
Amazing advice on heeding the importance of attention to detail. The small things you do can lead to making or breaking a decision for someone else.
What an interview. I am loving it. Thank you.

Bravo's emphasis on the newer generation as an investment and innovative perspective give me confidence that we can make a change!
