- The night we moved from Karuizawa to Niigata.
It started snowing during the night and continued to fall the next day, allowing us to enjoy playing in the snow and sightseeing.
On the way home, however, we were hit by a blizzard.
We couldn't see anything and were nervous about the unexpected whiteout!

運転大変だったでしょう、雪国の洗礼を受けましたね；私は富山県在住なので豪雪の怖さは経験していますが、あの吹雪は外出してはいけないレベルで、どうしても用事がある時は明るいうちに帰るようにしています。でもこういう時キャンピングカーっていいですね、飲食も暖も取れて一晩過ごせるので(^^) 色々備えて安全に楽しんでください👍

The newspaper here in the Seattle area, had a long article on skiing ⛷️ in Japan and your area is a huge ski area. Quite a few different ski resorts near by. About a 30 minute drive we have some skiing and they have an area for tubing, essentially a large tube you sit on and slide down the hill side, then there is a tow rope to pull back up to the top.
Another reason for you to store emergency supplies in the motor home, get stuck should have a couple days extra food stocks.
Oh, you should pull the windshield wipers away like the other cars, that way they don’t freeze to the windshield.
Removing the built up ice not a bad idea and cleaning the headlights, turning on the hazard lights while driving slowly, helps if someone comes up from behind you. Glad you were able to get out of the worst of it. Yuri, probably slept through that.

Hallo ihr drei, wieder ein sehr schönes Video, bei soviel Schnee macht das Herumtollen richtig Spaß, leider ist der Wind zu stark und unangenehm. Kaffeetrinken und da die Füße im Wasser baumeln lassen, eine tolle Idee, nein ich kenne das nur als Fußkosmetik, bei der eine bestimmte Fischart die Füße von Horn befreien. Die Fahrt war sehr abenteuerlich und anstrengend für Shin, zum Glück seit ihr alle gesund angekommen. Ich wünsche Euch ein schönes Wochenende, liebe Grüße aus dem Murgtal Achim 😍😍🧔🛷
