Yay, hi Michele! Welcome to RUclips. As a very new podcaster myself, I think you will really enjoy it. Love hearing about all your yarnie adventures and I'm excited for your future episodes.
Well, Michele, I have been subscribed to your channel for about a year (it's April, 2022 right now) and had no idea you were a yarn artist! I have been knitting since I was four years old (my nanny taught me). I just finished a custom afghan made with Noro Kureyon that I posted on Ravelry and have an embarrassing amount of yarn in bins that I have collected over the years. Anyway, I know you for makeup and now I find we have yarn in common. You are a lovely person and I love your home in Las Vegas. I was born in Brooklyn, lived in Manhattan and am now in Los Angeles. I now have to catch up on six years of your videos! LOL. I hope Miss Butters is feeling better. Hugs to you.
Hi!!!! I so wish I was coming out again this year, but I've moved to Las Vegas and won't be able to make it out East for the show. I'm so bummed. Hope you're doing well!
Got all FANGRY watching you and your friend show off the haul from Maryland. The photos with info about the yarns and bats (and prices) are very helpful, along with the websites for the shops and dyers. Can you leave them up a bit longer next time? I got introduced to some sheep breeds....like "polwarth".... and also you look BEAUTIFUL!
Hi Michele and Alison, your podcast is fun and informative. Thank you! Love the bloopers. Just in case you haven't found out yet, 221B is Sherlock Holmes address in Baker St, London and a terrific colorway.
Lovely podcast! I've heard so much about you & your G+T pop up shop from other podcasters, so is nice to put a face & personalitly to the name!! Have subscribed!!!
Just discovered your channel and am enjoying it. Any chance you will be showing your spinning of that gorgeous fiber? I am still in the drop spindle stage and love watching any and all wheel action tutorials. Thanks.
Funny you should ask!! I don't know if you follow me on Instagram, but Allison is coming back on Friday to film another episode, and we're going to be doing a Q&A while we knit and/or spin. I was planning on spinning up one of the batts - do you have a preference? And I got rid of my treadle-powered wheel for an electric spinner - a Hansen miniSpinner, so I hope you'll enjoy that too. And if you have a question for either of us, post it as a comment on Instagram, or snap me on Snapchat. Whichever you prefer. Thanks, Peg!
Thanks Michele. No preference as they were all beautiful. I'm not familiar with an electric spinner so this will be informative. I"m looking forward to this next podcast. I'm sure you and Allison will make it look both easy and fun.
