when i feel congested, i do :
1/ drink a ginger tea
2/ running about 45 minutes
( while i run, i feel my sinus getting clearer, i clear my throat, i spit)
3/ back at home, i steam ( with essential oils)
in my opinion, neti pot is more preventive. I do it regularly once a week, 2 days before diving
