I don't think it's the admins, but PD should have some kind of FUNCTIONING IA. They do dumb shit all the time and the system is literally bent to facilitate their jobs... I still don't know how people on the city's DOJ allow some of this shit to pass.
They could also make so wrongful arrests with time and fine paiid generates compensation on appeals to the one who was arrested. Since the pay of the cops is tied to State account now they would think 2 times before doing this weird shit they are doing. The way it works RN cops can arrest wrongfully with no consequences and thats scummy af
Shit PD is literally the arc rn. Nopixel would be boring af if it was perfect from the start. Believe it or not the players on the server are really fucking good at what they do and they understand this so they make characters that are flawed and sabotage the system to make good content. This is the direction the server owners have intentionally taken things by releasing 4.0 without guns and limited types of crime. People getting mad at the server admins are literally dumb af lol.

they likely were going against the SOPs without knowing it in the past, giving a defence attorney the evidence in most cases is crazy lol, they were being smart here seeing if she would lie
if there is a judge for a bench trial, then he gets the evidence. If no judge, they eat the charge, appeal, then get the evidence to prepare for trial
@@ddwag1 literally guilty until proven innocent, this system is crazy. They should NOT get sent to jail if there's no possibility for a trial.
It would also be better for them if a judge is not available to just let them go and call them back when one is available or put out a warrant for said charges. Because in an appeals here they are trying to prove innocence after time served and fine paid where as if they just delay the charges innocent people wouldn't have to do those things and the guilty ones would be found guilty and have to do as such. That's something all the cities should implement so that it isn't guilty tell proven innocent like ramee and so many others proclaim. Because now she can't work her job tell the felony is dropped so it would be alot better to do it that way 😅 in my opinion

She should’ve said she was kidnapped,forced to change,given an ID,forced to act as one of them or they will kill her and force her to get in the car with them and while in the chase they said if anything bad happened she has to stay in the car.

I Honestly dont know the los Santos laws or even irl on this specifically but the main reason why they do it is because in some cases where they might get raided or use time senstive info ramee could call her friends etc, or like back in the day theyd call the crims group to save them from getting transported to jail.

TBH the cop did a great job from their side. Ramee had nothing to work with because she's guilty, there is evidence of that and was cooked out of her mind. She could not come with a convincing story.
