Want to give a more accurate summary of deathwatch since chat was a little incorrect. Deathwatch is a special operations detachment of space marines that only deal with highly dangerous xenos threats. They don’t follow the codex astartes (space marine code) because their missions require a higher degree of adaptability because they are normally sent independently without any other assistance to accomplish their missions. They only accept highly decorative veteran astartes from all chapters who have proven themselves within their faction. The only other way to get in is when they are forced into the deathwatch as black shields to conduct penance for any acts that were deemed as dishonorable, or if accusations of heresy have been made. Their involvement with their previous faction are redacted and are forced to wear a black shoulder piece in place of their former faction symbol where you saw other factions symbols on other deathwatch marines. The only way to be denounced from the black shield is to carry out your penance but most don’t because the black shield death watch members are usually given suicidal missions where they are not expected to return in order to fulfill their service and penance to the emperor.

Deathwatch: The Deathwatch are the military wing of the Ordos Xenos, a branch of the inquisition that specialises in dealing with aliens. Titus for example was a black shield named Nullis after the events of Space Marine 1. Primaris Marines: this one will take some time. Back in 8th edition of warhammer 40K, GW created the primaris marines as a way of pushing the setting forward, as well as to update aspects of the space marine range (much to the anger of Xenos players because they get next to nothing compared to marines). Primaris were and still are to an extent hated because of how different they are to firstborn marines but thats a whole other tangent regarding IRL things. "How did it take me so long to get into Warhammer?" Oo, I can answer this one for you: Because Games Workshop made getting the rights to make a game prohibitively difficult until they became free after THQ went bankrupt in 2012 after Space Marine 1 ( 35 years after WH40k was created), and since then there's only been like, 3 decent 40k games. Before and after this, the only other ways to intake the universe is through a tabletop game that requires hundreds if not thousands of dollars and memorizing 50 different spreadsheets, or by reading any of the 300+ books that take place in this universe (in which case you're flipping a coin as to whether or not the author of the series you picked is any good (I recommend the Dan Abnett ones)).
Jokaero being the first example that comes to mind. The Imperium kinda just shrugs them off, and some Inquisitors even recruit them into their teams because they're undeniably useful. That's actually a very widespread myth. The initial talks floated the idea of WoW being a Warhammer MMO, but I think Blizzard felt it better if they had creative control over such an investment, and Games Workshop didn't seem especially interested in pursuing a deal, so it just kinda fell through on both ends. There was also no indication that Starcraft was meant to be a 40k game, either. People have been saying this stuff for as long as I've been into 40k (since 2010) and I can't remember anyone ever providing a source to these statements, and to my knowledge no industry insider has ever stepped forward to say anything either.

Yuzu, it's actually fine and not DEI kind of thing. Ultramarines, Black Templars, Imperial fists and many such chapters to name a few employ individuals from every planet controlled by Imperium. They can be Asian, White black etc as long as they know how to shoot and kill.
@@sage-d4q Blood Angels, Salamanders, Space Wolves, Raven guard are those ones which are specific. Not Ultramarines because they controlled 500 planets before joining the Imperium. Definitely not Imperial Fists and Dark Angels

We are, we never joke in service to the Emperor Yuzu. Yuzu nerds to stick with the Bolt Carbine. She hip fires a lot. The Tau are the only ones that refuse to use the warp.
Not entirely true. Space marines will have their natural skin colour (though some geneseed from some chapters may mess with this) they also get an organ implanted called the melanochrome which will cause the skin to darken in response to certain levels of sunlight, or other forms of electromagnetic radiation. It does not however allow them to do it when they want, its an automatic thing, it also doesn't mean their skin can be turned anything but darker than its original colour. That is if the geneseed itself isn't mutated causing some wierdness, like the Blood Angels and Raven Guard who are always pale or the Salamanders who are noted for all being unnaturally black accompanied by glowing red eyes. Basically, outside of geneseed mutation, the Melanochrome gives Astartes an auto tint feature on their skin.

There was also no indication that Starcraft was meant to be a 40k game, either. People have been saying this stuff for as long as I've been into 40k (since 2010) and I can't remember anyone ever providing a source to these statements, and to my knowledge no industry insider has ever stepped forward to say anything either.
today on watch Yuzu, Yuzu unalive's a hell of a lot of Matara's bug family and also fun fact yuzu StarCraft was originally supposed to be a Warhammer 40k game that's why they look like zerg and tyranids also a primaris are space marines 2.0, space marines 1.0 decay over a long period of time the 2.0 marines have no flaws at all so all the things that make them cool are now written out because of primaris.
This is the stuff that I missed, a hack n' slash game with a lot of gore
It gives me hopium for a new ninja gaiden lmao
Anyways what a badass game 👏👏👏👏
A TRUE SON OF MUH CRACK!
So Yuzu is now a glorious sister of battle
would be so much more fun if we could play as the nids
She’s definitely a sanctioned xeno.

FOR THE EMPEROR!!!!!
☠️ FOR THE EMPEROR ☠️
Bro like get your squad Yuzu and fight my squad
I don't think Yuzu would be a tyranid, she'd probably be a vespid, cos she's an actual bug who is a weeb
Still waiting for yuzu play DYING LIGHT 1 with her friend😢
a xeno could be accepted byu the empire depending how "human" they are as are the case with abhumans
I think the "what is your fear" line response feels a bit wrong, they should have gone with "I shall know no fear"
49:30 scottish AND white? curious
Raheem Groves
Of course she's eating while playing lol. 😮😐😮😐😮😐

Jesus Yuzu, turn down your sense xD

Sydnee Pike
Funk Shoal
As much I like vtuber girls it's sad they know nothing about the history of war hammer 40k but I hope yuzu enjoys tyranids slaughter and I will gladly fight by her side as one of the dark angels
Anybody else find the ai teammates absolutely useless at veteran or higher??
She has some skill. The best part is when she screams.
TOO much herresy I smell here! 🤨😂😐Inquisitor⁉
We are, we never joke in service to the Emperor Yuzu.
Yuzu nerds to stick with the Bolt Carbine. She hip fires a lot.
The Tau are the only ones that refuse to use the warp.
cool fact space marines can change their skin colour whenever they want they can even be pink
I love Wokehammer 40k, me and my friends were clowning each other whenever our minority showed up
Love it
