For someone who has never been particularly high in the rankings, Paul Craig has some massive names on his resume. He's great fun too, plays up to his national stereotype, if your only knowledge of Scotland is Braveheart. He's got that Cro Cop coldness behind the eyes.

one of the most criminally underrated fighters on the roster. one of the fighters that really made me convert from the “grappling is boring” casuals to a real fan of the sport.
He is not underrated. He is good but situationally, i.e. he is not consistent. He can win with anyone and lose with anyone.

I was watching the Ankliev triangle frame by frame watching how he (mostly) perfectly slaps it on in one perfect motion at the exact split second getting his leg around the punch then shifting his weight around to ensure locking it in tighter and then tightening for the finish. God damn I just learned a lot!

If Conor had not have got the push UFC gave him, he wouldnt have become such a star. UFC decides stars, pushes who they want to become stars. Leon became a star himself, UFC didnt do that for him, some people have to go against the grain of the UFC and its not as easy cause the UFC do not want various people to become stars. That's not really how it works, UFC doesn't give a shit who becomes stars. More stars means more money for UFC and it's always up to the fighters to become one.
