- We spent a day with a soba master who taught us how to make soba noodles, with the perfect ratio of buckwheat. So this isn't clickbait! This guy is the real deal. It's not easy to make soba the way he makes it, but we gave it an honest effort at least.

I lived in Korea for 2 years --- they do that all the time. It's delicious.
OhSurreption I have no problem with process Cheese but everyone else judgrd them for it..i thought it was funny.

He really does! He's actually a really funny guy cracking jokes in-between the lesson and his wife was amazing too! She brought us coffee and cookies and we talked about her grandkids. Really great feels. :)
