for the wording when he does the black flash is that...after his character does a "black flash" attack...the rate of him being able to do "black flash" attacks increases...
there are a lot of characters that are far more usefull and good than this itadori, like for example yuta who is unique and wont probably appear again in like a year, and its far better than this itadori. But the list goes on, yuta, yaga ssr, yellow and green gojo, toji, etc.
