hi bro i was been in a same situation u r talking.....highly distracted less focus no productivity but its been one month i feel a gradual change just by adding few point 1. don't wait for motivation start doing your task even if ur not in a mood just strt taking a small step of 15 min u will feel comfortable and automatically u will be in a mood to complete it 2.plz get ur all devices on a ariplane mode specially ur smartphone or just remove it from ur study area if u need to watch youtube videos for study kindly download it watch in offline mode 3. also plz write down the task that u want achieve in a day and force urself to do it any how 4.clear you ' WHY' thats the biggest motivation u need 5 set a time for ur enjoyment or social media otherwise keep ur self less distracted it will help u 6 do any physical activity 30-45 min daily 7 pro tip don't worry for the bad phase we all are in the same game at different levels its very common just believe in urself and say this too shall pass and u gonna ace it Hope it helps and u gonna make it

Isiliye mujhe ab motivation ki kami ho rahi hai, and pehle padhne me bahut maja aata tha , thats why 14 -15 hr ki continuous study ho jati thi, but ab 5-6 bhi thik se nahi ho pati. Aur sare din mood off sa rehta hai.
