      @heerafathima1823 practice 2 to 3 times a day and hold for 10 breathings if possible. That means while you are in position, let your breathing be normal and count up to 10 breathings before coming back to normal state! 🙌

      Prova a mettere,senza forzare un cuscino tra il sedere e le gambe in modo di accettare l'angolo che riesci a fare e man mano che i tendini si allungano puoi ridurre lo spessore del cuscino
      Il tutto senza mai forzare ma con tanta delicatezza.
