Hello I am terribly confused about buying my current mattress. I don't have clinical/ medical back or neck problem but the job is exhausting and I usually gets back and neck stiffness. I need a fresh mattress at my new workplace city and have come across Emma hybrid (luring me the most for the softness), springtek eurotop memory foam pocket spring hybrid, sleep company smartgrid ortho. I would like a cozy, extremely soft (hotel like) and a long lasting mattress which takes care of my back and neck. Please help. Want a 12" mattress since I think it will be jumpy and soft (don't know for real). Like I said, "extremely confused". Please guide. Regards
If you want soft, cozy and hotel like mattress then either choose emma hybrid or sleep company smart grid luxe hybrid mattress and don't choose 12 inch Thickness, more thickness doesn't means it will be comfortable, 8 inches is more than enough

No that's not true in many reviews , the reviewers can't get affiliate commission on emma wave 2 because it has no affiliation program that's why the reviewer suggest only those mattresses where they get a commission

DO NOT buy Emma mattress and their mattress protector. Their customer care executive are extremely unprofessional and un ethical. I got a customized mattress of size 75 x 70..Later on their customer care executive "Zoya" told me that i can buy a mattress protector of 75 x 72 which will fit on 75 x 70 mattress. I specifically highlighted to her that it might not fit but she kept on saying that it will fit because its stretchable.I trusted her but when i tried to fit in..it did not fit well. And now these guys are denying that that is not returnable /refundable but Ziya told me that they will get that fixed. It has been more than 2 months but they r not eager to resolve this. DO NOT BUY EMMA PRODUCTS..EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL ANBD UNETHICAL COMPANY.
I have both emma ( recently brought 2024), emma German brand worst quality, bad customer service no response, I got back pain from emma matters. The sleep company ( 2022) 100% with experience I am saying The sleep company is very comfortable to sleep, no back pain issue, good product.
