@@issatherose in terms of skill I say super saiyan cabby. Burcol has very good reaction time but he relies to much on perfect blocks sometimes and it can throw him off occasionally.

My most overpowered build for raids and parallel quests goes as follows: Level 120 male Saiyan 200 ki blast supers 150basic attack 72stamina Skills are:(for clarity it's on the ps4 so button mapping is all for holding down r2 for each skill) Triangle-Ultimate charge Square-fighting pose K(super armour one not sure if I have the right letter) Circle-lovely cyclone(prolong buffs) Cross-meditation Ultimate skills: Triangle- emperor's death beam Square- kaioken x4 Kamehameha/ destructive fission Awoken skill- beast/ssgss Evasive skill- celestial wave/meteor explosion Super soul- Hmmm Hmmm Hmmm Hmmm Outfit of your choice as tends to vary
Ultimate charge seems like a bit of a waste if you are constantly buffed with meditation right? You could change that out for literally anything else and it would benefit you. I would recommend God splitter, also you can chain lovely cyclone into an easy special beam cannon beast. Rather lovely.
Put 200 points in it alone, the rest in stamina lol. “Power it’s a whole lotta power, it’s great” krillen super soul adds another 5 bars or so of stam so it’s crazy

I think its still decent even if you miss the speed debuff on your opponent (edit:this was on a male sayian but it might be better on a different race): Super soul: There’s no way you can hit me Awoken: Ultra Instinct -Max ki -Max stamina -Basic attacks Supers: Spirit stab Masenko Audacious laugh Burst charge Ultimates: x4 kaioken kamehameha Meteor explosion Evasive: Mach dash
