Hi Morrie, your music is amazing. I found your RUclips tutorial by accident. I am 90 and always wanted to play keyboard music. I bought myself a Yamaha psr sx 670. I did try to take music lessons with a private music teacher @ $50 for half an hour. I couldn’t understand the notes. I love music. I gave up lessons after 2 weeks and started playing by ear. I love the Latin tunes. By the. Way, I live in Australia. I wish I could meet you some day. I will follow your instructions and practice everyday for 30 days to improve my muscles memory. Thank you for your tutorials.

Morrie , this is a wonderful video that you have put up . I had a lot of the Tyros styles ,but deleted them not knowing how to make them play on my E463 keyboard .Thank you for explaining things so clearly even fools could understand Keep smiling
Hi Morrie! Thanks for the lesson. But why when reproducing the style, on the PSR 463, all the instruments - for example, the bass - are not heard? Or it's the capabilities of the tool. With health !
Your efforts are greatly appreciated but I would like to go one step further. I would like to load SFF2 styles with 4 intros and 2 endings. I heard there are ways of modifying those styles in order to get them to play on the 463. Can you help?
I looked quickly at your owners manual and your keyboard is much most advanced than my little E463, so I'm sure you can use the many of the Tyros styles on you keyboard.
I downloaded styles the way you suggested from Brian's page, 50Kb and less, changed .psr to .sty but my e463 said "No User Files." Maybe sty is case sensitive?
Tzod, I'll assume the style files are all less than 50K, and I'll assume you have no more than 100 styles loaded onto the root of the thumb drive (no folders) and I'll assume the style file name ends in .sty (lower case). You must not have anything but the style files on the thumb drive. If there is anything other than style files, the thumb drive will not work. I too have experienced a failure to load in styles off a thumb drive that has been working before. I've had to make four or five attempts to load in a style before I was successfully able to access the styles on the thumb drive. You too may have make repeated efforts as I did. I spend 49 years working in the computer field, so I understand all too well that technology doesn't always work perfectly every time.

I may back up the drive and reformat it or load styles on a fresh drive. If the keyboard partitions thumb drives in such a limited way it wastes a lot of memory. But, thanks for the tips.

The E4 63 style can only contain six instruments while the tyros five can contain 16 instruments
