Make your own sugar paste blend!

Guest tutor Emily Hankins shares one of her top cake hacks for blending your own sugar paste to make it more suitable for painted cakes. If you can't get hold of the brands that Emily uses, just take her advice about the properties of the pastes and try your own blends with brands that are available to you.
