This video really fits homestuck, because up to now it was all about trying hard and making superhuman attempts at surviving in a universe that was rigged from the beggining, defying every chance and possibility and pulling every trick just to stay alive and now, after all this time, now we strike back

Dave clearly knew it was lava, and in just about every piece of artwork in-comic or not, the "red sea" gives objects a nice orange glow, as if their being heated to extreme temperatures. not only that, but light is shining around on other objects not glowing orange.

There's something that haunts me about this lyricstuck, between the song and the art. It feels lonely, in a way. I thank you for making this, it really is wonderful.

Wanna preface this with an apology for being longish winded, I got a little carried away Since I've been in the fandom for a while and am hella attached
Now a days it's not very big, but it used to be HUGE, but then we got a number of toxic people who pushed people out, or people simply started losing interest. It's natural, especially considering how long Homestuck has been around. It began in 2009 and only ended what? Last year (2016)? And it's 2017, nearly 2018, so the Comic and it's fandom has been around for 8, almost 9 years, which I think is rather impressive for something that originated from the internet (All the other Classic, long lasting fandoms that come to mind are all books, TV shows, movies, other media). I wanna say it was at its peak fandom size wise around...2013? I'm saddened that it's shrunk, but glad that it still has a fan base that is constantly seeing new faces.
