SCP overall isn't extremely scary, there are even the joke SCPs which include shit like the Butt Ghost and the Funny Farting Frog. It is creepy, but not the scariest out there, I recommend it as a starter for the horror genre.

I personally love this. I play me some SCP Breach on Gmod, and it's just like this, only I feel a bit less glitchy, and has more features.
My favorite is SCP 49, where instead of just dying, you become a zombie and work for SCP 49.

If you like the game maybe you should take sometime to look at the SCP foundation website just to get to know some of the scp you facing and all if it not already done it kinda like a creepypasta site but with actual standars of quality and some genuinely scary thing

It covers all of the SCPs in the SCP universe and lore about the foundation. You should also watch a series called Confinement. It covers SCPs more indepth through the animated experience of a D Class personnel.
