    Glad I ran into this video. We're getting ready to start with a client who's starting their contract with us 4/1. We are using the contracts/recurring invoices menu for their monthly rate, however we have scheduled on-site time with them. The scheduled on-site time is 4 hours/week, and anything beyond this time needs to be billed at an hourly rate. Could I configure this in the billing plan combinations menu under the client menu with a separate ticket type and charge rate? Just trying to figure out the best way to go about setting this up. Thank you!
