Secondly, La Quica was not his top assassin at all and he was acquitted in Colombia for that Avianca plane and there is proof that he had nothing to do with it because another top assassin from escobar called el arete has confessed.he dramatizes a lot of things.

I love Pena also he lived the dream life. Because of agent pena and the dea Medellin Colombia is very safe these days for foreigners. The narcos are still there but they finally realized that being low key is better then destroying an entire city. I spent the last 12 months in Medellin and never felt unsafe not one time.
Two things: 1) Everyone in Mexico knows Caro- Quintero did not kill agent Camarena. 2) Caro did a lot more than a few years in prison. Not defending anyone, but the facts are the facts.
