Nice remix, how do you create it ? Only by a program or do you record any instrument ?

Thanks for checking out the song and the comment!
Firstly, I get the original track in my DAW and match tempo. That basically becomes the reference track and makes it easy to make sure I’m playing the right notes. I just use ear to find the right progressions etc (can be painfully slow sometimes!)
Drums - I use GGD Metal and program them using my keyboard (KK A49). Then quantize it a bit and add some fills etc.
Guitars - All played and recorded using Quad Cortex.
Bass - I normally just play the bass but didn’t like the tone so played it into EZ Bass instead. In there, it turns your DI in to Midi which means I can drag it to the Nolly bass plug-in to get that sound. Really useful actually.
Synth - all made with standard Logic plug-ins and played on my A49.
That’s it really. Long read (sorry 😬) but hope that answers your question! 🤘🏻
