@@giovannibaldacci354 hello! Sry that I haven’t replied yet. I would say that the best tip is to preserve your energy during the first part of the course, because the second part is tougher. Also- the warm up area/the bag dropp is very small and crowded so be there in time. And most importantly- have fun 🤩
