Hi, I am your new subscriber... and boy, might I say... y'all did the most impressive job back there... I love how y'all make sure there ain't no nickles and dimes in vending machines of any kind, and I love how y'all count all the bills and give it to the same person with that there ring tech stuff y'all gave her... and I love how y'all put the coins and the bills in the separate container... because y'know what they always say... y'all want to be cleaned and organized... and I looked up your channel, and I saw a video about the military... I must watch that just to be sure... I best let y'all know if I watched that and if I learned something there... see y'all then...
I always enjoy you doing the business side of things. You've made alot of positive changes. I hope you are happy in both your business and private life. That's important. Take care mate
I am the Accountant for my mate's Laundromat & after replacing 4 washing machines & dryers to cashless / coin operated. The old machines were purchased by a country laundromat who wanted them for parts. Naturally the supplier wanted them as as a Trade In - but we know they will cannibalise them for parts to resell.
You and your employee should have a good working relationship. There is only one employee working for you. State your expectations to her. Show her some appreciation. Things will work out fine. You need an employee and she needs a job.
@@CashflowComa The last thing I wanted to hear about your new Dexters. I thought about the make up air because your going from a single pocket to a stack dryer. Those dryers should be plug and play with no problems. Get the dryers working great before you add any equipment. If you go with big washers, you want them right in front door. May have to get rid of the push button Dexters on front row to make room for big daddy's. Send me some symptoms of what the dryers are doing and I may can help you. Drill those locks out and put new locks on.
You might want to get a key lock guy to come out at that one unit and see if he/she can get that opened up and maybe replace it itself. That's just my thought on it dude.
suggestion, put your collection bucket in one of the laundry carts and roll it from machine to machine, that's what I've seen other laundry owners on youtube do
Anyway you can share your lease numbers. My wife and I are trying to open a laundromat in are area and the landlord wants crazy money for a lease in a plaza. Thanks
@@CashflowComa Don't be discouraged with your customers or your laundromat. Things happen and it comes with the business. You own a laundromat. A lot of people wish they had what you have! p.s. your right about not dumping more $ into it. That can wait.

Talk to your local locksmith. He can swap the locks out for you and have things keyed the same.
Nice change-out for the weekend. The machines are looking better and better.
Thank you! 🤝

Appreciate the feedback!!! Thanks for watching
You may have to get a bigger bucket. Good job on the snack machine and coke machine.

prayers that you will get new keys or replacement locks in order to unlock all your equipment again
Open an intake in the wall behind the dryers. Make sure, absolutely certain that the lint exhausts outside so as to avoid a lint loop.
Nice

Your changer doesn't make any money. Just your washing machines! Plus you have to restock your vending machines!
I agree!😆
You need the make up air to feed the back of the dryers. They simply will not work well without fresh air. You want raw/un conditioned air.
Right!
Dude, you’ve got to replace those dryers from 1960.
I replaced 5 of them and the new ones randomly stop heating, randomly stop working. The new Dexter's have been nothing but trouble honestly.
Isn’t there a warranty? Once they’re dialed in, you should be golden. Or as I say, “turning n earning.”

You're right!
Where did you source dryers?....did you buy new or used?
My quarters got stuck and I couldn't figure out how to get the wash to work. I didn't know what the coin machines were for
It happens
