@@jarrodedson5441You can actually use stealth. I got fed up with chasing after it, so I moved out of its field of view to the edge of that area - where the pink flowers and bushes are - and then approached it slowly while it's looking the other way.
You don't know the BIG grin I had playing this level for the first time - and having the ability to catch monkeys and going against Specter in the end; my inner boy/teen was screaming lol.
Correct me if I'm wrong: is Specter like the only VIP bot in the game that is referred as his proper name at one point (at the start of his bot fight) and not just with some silly description as you get him?
this is the closest thing we'll ever get from a new Ape Escape videogame or even a Remake... 😭😭 I'm still glad Sony is still acknowledging this amazing series, though.

Got seriously annoyed trying to catch the ape on the mud pile. It seemed so much faster than the others, but finally lucked out and got it.
