In this video we will talk about the goddess of the day; Katyayani. We will explore the mythic and symbolic language of this goddess, who is a form of Durga. We’ll talk a bit about Navaratri, we’ll think together about where and how the story shows itself in the world and in ourselves. And we will end with a short meditation/contemplation with mantra and mudra to invoke and connect with the goddess of liminality, ambiguity, softness and strength.
