Ingredients:
3 beetroots
2-3 tbsp greek yogurt
1-2 tbsp date syrup
2-3 tbsp olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp za'atar
4-6 drops of rose water
black pepper
salt
for the Topping: feta cheese/ goat cheese; olive oil, thyme, hazelnuts
