Just purchased the Yamaha APX500III about a year and a half ago because it has a Piezo pickup that I can use on PA systems at open mic nights. But (in my opinion) it just doesn't sound as good as my 21 year old Ovation which unfortunately, had no pickup and I had one installed that can be used with a standard amplifier. However, there are a few songs where I think this guitar sounds OK, and this was one of them.
Nice job sir. I know its in the right key that "Bread" did the song in, but its too high for you. You were keeping it correct as they did, but perhaps it wouldn't be such a struggle if you had it in your key.
