I have a D5 evo motor. I have checked all the mechanical limits and followed all instructions. The magnet is also well set but when the motor starts for the first time, before it finishes the full cycle the controller goes off then restarts itself and everything starts over. Can you please assist?

Hi there. Thanks for your query. No, the thin black cable is the antenna, and doesn't have to be connected to anything. i installed a d5 motor for a client, it works perfect except that the gate moves too slow till it crosses the origin marker plus after opening, the gate shifts back slightly as if it wants to close again and stops. what could be the problem.
George Oduro Hello George. The gate will move slowly until it knows its position (by moving the magnet past the origin sensor), so that is normal. There could be a couple of reasons that cause it to want to move back after opening - such as detecting a collision. Please give our Technical Call Centre a call to help you identify what could be causing this. The number is +27 11 699 2481.

tienes un problema en el cargador, posiblemente este dañado, debes reemplazarlo y listo. o tienes un cable flojo entre la fuente de poder y la tarjeta logica.

+Miles Williams Hi Miles. Thanks for the comment. If you have lost the master, you need to clear the receiver's memory by bridging either J1 or J2 with the middle pin. This will delete all remote buttons. Next, press and hold the remote you wish to make the new master for approximately 5 seconds. Once you have created the new master, press and hold it again for 11 seconds, release it, and then systematically press and release each new button that you wish to learn. Alternatively, you can give our tech support team a call on 0861 003 123. They will walk you through the procedure.
