When I am with my pacient at therapy, most of time I help them fight anxiety to improve their social skills and life quality, and I have to say your method is almost like mindfulness, it brings me calm and belief to continue my work. thanks for your empathy when sharing your aknowlegment!

Do you from the Czech republic??? Jestli jo tak super, ,v angličtině moc nevinikám. Chodím teprve na základnu do 7. Mega ráda kreslím, chodím i na kroužek. Moc se mi líbí tvoje obrazy. Já kreslím hlavně akrilama a temperama. Postavy mi nejdou tak kreslím spíš předměty např.: kámen mudrců, magnolii, Poseidónův trojzubec(miluju řeckou mytologii),... ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

She use clay eraser and monotombow round eraser for hairs
I use both - monozero eraser from TomBow and white coal from KOH-i-NOOR 😊
