Hi Harry I’m the California distributor for an awesome string company called Genesis. I started playing with them when one of my ATP top 200 pro buddies was sponsored by them. He gave me a racket strung with Genesis Black Magic....I watched him speed string in about 15 minutes!! He put himself through college from stringing! Anyway I still play with those strings in 18g:) I absolutely love them!! But now we have so many options and strings that match very closely to Babolat RPM and various other string brands like Luxilon. One big difference is they are competitively priced. I would love to send you some to playtest with the other coaches. If you could tell me where to send them, I’d love for you to try them out:)
I got the Gamma Professional 16 because of your recommendation in previous videos and LOVE them. Once broken in they have lots of power and control. As you mentioned in previous video, strings are tight after being newly strung so didn’t care for it then but now it’s great! Thanks. 🙏🏻
Elbow problems? Wilson Nat Gut mains (53) and Velocity (51) crosses. I'm a 4.5 with a terrible right elbow. Even after 15+ hours, very little loss in both tension and feel. I was a string breaker and it holds up fine…
I agree that the soft strings are getting more mention nowadays. I’m with you on liking more crisp feeling strings. I like the feel of confidential but I find it starts moving very early. Tried 5 sets in both full bed and hybrid. All setups had movement after first or second hitting session
I really liked Razor Code soft. Good power and feel and maintained tension well. I also thought Head Hawk Power had a similar feel but didn't hold tension as long.
generally speaking every year the same strings.. you may consider testing sth different like from Robin Soderling like RS Lyon or from Prince like XT Touch..?
First time I've heard anyone else mention Poly Tour Fire. I've long used PTF as a cross string with gut mains and in the mains with syngut in the crosses. Maintains playability for a long time, and is nice and slippery for good snap back.
In my experience razor soft lost a lot of tension after 3-4 hours of playing, nonetheless it still holds nice playability... in the past I used luxilon alu power and once I lose the tension I can't just control the direction properly. Nonetheless with the razor soft I feel I can still keep playing super okay which is awesome because I feel is a good money deal as you can stick with it quite long before re stringing it. Of course if you are very picky, the big tension loss after those 3-4 hours of intense play might become annoying, I know amateur players that are so picky like if they were pro ATP players... haha... for me the deal is to have a good string that can offer nice control, nice spin and play well as long as possible so I can save money because I am poor and this string is the one that has done the job the best. I also tried it with a Gamma TNT2 in the cross and it was so insane the power and control, yet the way lower durability of TNT2 made it not worth it as a setup. I am thinking either to stay full poly or consider the Triax 16 in the cross just to help a bit more on tension maintenance and reduce the strain on my arms
Question? I Have two 2014 Pro Staff 100 lS racquets Like the racquets, but I went with a stringers suggestion and went with Hyper G soft on my mains and Tech Red Code on my crosses at 58 ib. I like the feel and the spin but no power. Even my serve is slower with this string. What would you recommend? Thanks, Kenny in Chattanooga
I have polytour FIRE 1.25 in black colour.. I strung in 25kg main / 24 cross and It was cousing me some elbow pain first few games. Now is ok.. on the other rackeut I strung it than in hybrid Fire on main 24 and on cross velocity 1.30 also 24.Hybrid is bomba..I will only raise velocity tension on cross to 24,5 kg...as lon it goes for fire in full bed I will lower tension on 24/23 for start but for the others I would no go more than that in full bed ... In full bed I got better slices and som spin potencial. i have also a bit more accuracy serves in full bed.. What I noticed also in hybrid Fire on the main is keeping better tension maintence.. I belive I played more times or the same with hybrid and full bed now both strun in my ezones 98 ... I play with hybrid usual sometimes using full bed..When I play match I use full bed rackqet.. Hybrid have just a bit of more power and lot more comfort and feel for daily game...Great hybrid fire 1.25 and velocity 1.30
@@nakmuay5034 I might . I bought toalson rencon in red .whole reel and stil have reel off black fire strunged just one time full bed and one tyme hybrid... I,ll try maybe later but as long it goes I had poly tour REV in orange and this FIRE in black suits me a lot better so I doubt it will be better for me in red but I'll try one after 2 years...
Last year with my Clash100 V1, I prefere the confidentiel 1.20 but now with my new Ultra100 V4, I better like the HyperG 1.20. That's because the Ultra is more stiffer ?
Gamma professional plays like most multi but feels nothing like gut. Got 17 gauge professional and Wilson champion hybrid gut on two same model racquets. There’s no pop on the professional
Velocity MLT kinda disappointed me. Strung it for my son. Felt awesome at first, but after just one hitting session the string bed locked up like ordinary syn gut.

Favourite racquets of 2023? And agree with most, except nrg and x one biophase instead of gammas. Luxilon 4g also great

Head Velocity MLT
Gamma Professional 16
Gamma Professional spin
Solinco Confidential
Yonex poly tour fire
Tecnifibre razor soft
Thank you!!
Thank you
What would you suggest Confidential tension on a VCore 100?

razor soft is confort ?
Tecnifiber Razor Soft is great, crisp string for 1 hour, but the initial feeling was gone. I had to adjust to a new feeling.

I'm looking for a poly/multi hybrid. I'm currently looking at Tourna Silver 7 in the mains and Velocity in the crosses
Toroline string reviews Plz 🙏
Good video buddy 😊. Will try some of those.
Hi Harry , if you a string broker, which would you recommend ?
You should review Restring Zero
My fav atm
My go to is lynx tour with velocity mlt on the crosses at 55

I'm not experiencing tension loss so wonder if your stringing method is why. I use modified jet method. Also much cheaper from non us retailers.
My elbow said gut so gut it is .Still going strong after ten years.
Thanks Harry

Try Fire in red its lot better than black

Does Poly Tour Fire have unexpected launch like Solinco Hyper G? Based on their previous review, this would be a concern. Thoughts?

What tension do you sugest to use on 98sq tennis racquet (285g) - Gamma Profesjonal Natural 1,27 mm. ? :) Best regards from Poland
Confidential on the mains and linx tour on the crosses? Is a good combination?
Hey what string do you recommend for wilson ultra 100 v3?
Have you tried Head Hawk Power? thoughts
I feel that poly string reviews nowadays should always compare to Restring Zero, Toroline Wasabi, and Toroline Caviar as references.
Yuck
Head strings are all we need now
Zero string and wasabi are my favorite strings. Haven’t had the chance to try caviar yet.
Best spin strings: Weiss Canon ultra cable and ytex quadro twist
What hybrid string combination should I use on the mains and cross strings for a yonex regna 98?
Do you blame the string for too much spin or your length of stroke. Does too much spin breaks too early causing net balls?
Can you talk about the ultra pro?
What about Xalt from Babolat??
No Luxilon, though. I'd expect 4G to be top of the list for polys.
Love luxilon but it's pricey and looses tension too fast
Review all grapllesnake
No biphase??
Just like tennis racquets, strings are sooooooo subjective. One person's Top 5 will be another person's Bottom 5.
Triax
Good strings but nothing plays like natural gut and RPM ,
Why people so impress with Confidential strings?
I believe they are below average … 10 hours of play and they done🤔
All round strings are all around us😂😂
Triax?!

Too much ads within an ad to sell your products. This channel is getting worse by the day 😢
No such thing as "top tennis strings" only strings from companies with the biggest marketing budgets.
Let me guess- SOLINCO??
Outdated strings…
