The fact that this was recorded in 2023 may in fact be a good thing. I love this game. It’s crazy in that icy environment. I don’t remember ever driving that far. The farthest I’ve ever driven was about 37km.
Wow, that was an impressive run! You got way further than I ever did, and I could hardly watch as you hurtled through the fog and ice sections!

Adam, I spent countless hours playing this game as a kid. I just wanted to say thank you! I wish there were more environments after the icy part... how about Highway Pursuit 2.0?!
@@NTxCI have often wondered what Highway Pursuit 2 would be like! I doubt I could ever find the time to work on it these days, plus indie game dev has moved on a little since I wrote HP, but hey, you never know...
@@AdamDawes575 Hah! I wrote 2.0 instead of 2 for a reason. I believe it should merely be a patch, adding features to the original game instead of following in the footsteps of many sequels and losing the charm of the original.
I still love the game and sometimes open it just to remember old days. Yesterday I tried to run it on Android using mobox (a wine port with extra sauce basically). I wish it had a mobile version or at least a console version so that it can be emulated easily on mobile.
