Available in all Offline Modes (except Time Trials, Bob-omb Blast and GP) and certain Online Modes (like Friends and Rivals and Tournaments). Torment yourself or your rivals with Blue Shell only races, Lightning only races, Feather only Balloon Battles, and even more!
May I please request a video?: Rock Cup with Gold Mario, and the Golden Kart Parts. I have no way of unlocking them, not good enough and doubtfully ever will, plus the stress would be too much.

London Loop absolutely rules. A fun track and as a Londoner it's fun to see all the little things they crammed in. You drive pasr King's Cross!
