This would be perfect if you've just started sim racing on a desk or even on a foldable rig like the Next Level Racing GT Lite. Would take up no space at all on that thing and would just fold away nicely with it. Great bit of design and engineering honestly.
I´ve been told that this thing's FFB is quite impressive for how 'little' force it has, better than bigger bases out there. For its looks, I see no reason why the rim could not be detachable - they could make another version with detachable rims so you can buy a bigger round rim and even a Formula one. It should be fine if you had to screw the rims. I wonder how quiet it is. And I guess you could attach to it bigger paddle shifters made by third parties in the future. Such a weird and interesting wheel base...
@@SimRacingCorner Absolutely, I clarified these details, for those who will have more expectations on these pedals. It would be good if Camus allowed the purchase of the base alone.
It might be a cool product but it's lack of availability makes it irrelevant, even at it's price. Hard to get in Europe and I can't even imagine the headache in case you need your warranty

I think im still going for r3 or r5 bc of the ecosystem like addind clutch, new wheel rim etc
Love my C5. Well, i don't love the peddles at all. But the wheel is brilliant.
Looks a really decent bit of kit, certainly well put together. Impressive, will be interested what it's like in game.
It does as well as an 8nm from Fanatec
The problem at this price is the level of quality of the pedals
The pedals are optional, you can skip them, and run with something else.

@@THESHADOW97139 They do, it's basically the first thing I say in the video.
