Lizzy Wizzy is played by real-life pop singer Grimes. She does have a mouth-full-of-peanut-butter kinda speech mannerism though. She isn't a professiol voice actor and it shows. But it works for the charachter.

I think Grimes got the role of Lizzy Wizzy since she has two songs in the soundtrack, but her line delivery is a bit off. Might need some voice acting lessons for next time. I believe Dr. Packard from the lab who caught you and River sounds a lot like Panam... and it is the same actress. You keep recognizing the Charles actor Noshir Dalal from RDR2 and I have an ear for Emily Woo Zeller.
