You’re probably the only reviewer that points out muscle sculpt. Stuff like shoulders that are set too forward, the heroic v shape that’s missing sometimes or round sculpts that aren’t organic enough are problems imo. Would love to see you go in depth with that stuff. Great review.
The two pack verson is my favorite of the two. They have a yellow throughout on the figure that makes it pop and the head sculpted is better in my opinion. Plus the wolverine is ok.
My favorite Hulk, till this day, is still the Diamond Select Ultimate Hulk. Yeah, the articulation is very limited but it just looks so menacingly badass lol.
That headsculpt looks exactly like Dale Keown's latter Hulk works. Especially "Hulk: The End" and "Hulk vs. Pitt". I want a headsculpt of Keown's "Smart Hulk" incarnation
I like the shade of green on this figure with the shading style and head sculpt of the 2 pack. I've got the red hulk and the Hulk from the Hulkbuster pack. Still got my fingers crossed for a Edward Norton based Hulk that can thunder clap haha. Think I'll be waiting a while 😅

The 2-pack version is better. It comes with two open hands and two fist hands and a Wolverine for him to fight (which also comes with two sets of hands). The color on the 2-pack Hulk is also better, and the head-sculpt is way better (IMO). He can actually look up. I am personally not too disappointed with the articulation, because it's still better than what we got with any other comic Hulk in the past. So, while it's not perfect, it's at least an improvement. Also, I think that a butterfly joint on the front would have really taken away from sculpt (again IMO). In any case, I'd have to say that the 2-pack version is definitely the best comic based Hulk figure we've ever gotten. So, I personally have no complaints with that one. By comparison this one is an easy pass.

Yeah I mentioned it in you're Sagat video, if his chest had been more shaped like how storm collectables did it He would've had way more movement and hulk smash-ability. Yeah, he still wouldn't have had the double ball peg shoulders but he still would've had better than this, and there's no denying that Sagat still has a big powerful hulk like build. Heck even the new far from home spidey has wide shoulders and a butterfly joint that works.
Like the two pack Hulk better, the one that comes with vintage Wolverine. And the Face-off Hulks are still one of the best comic book representations of the character.
I have the 2pack and omg I'm been in a posing abyss ever since, I feel the issues you have are legit, BUT I think this was made for all the A.C.B.A artists out there cause I've had him go through the gauntlet of poses and he never stops looking bad, knowing how to pose your figs helps alot, so this is a MUST have, or the 2pack which I feel is better, I plan to try for this one and customize him into the red hulk

I didn't say posing figures wasn't a thing. That's what they're made for. Being good at it isn't. Literally anyone with hands can pose a figure as well as anyone else. Photography is a skill. Posing figures isn't.
@@AnthonysCustoms idk, you give a true collector and a average person a high articulated figure you get different results in posing, and not all collectors are doing it for a snapshot but you have a point with that, photography is it's own skill set, I've been a collector and displayer since toybiz days, and not till a few yrs ago I started photographing but I use to just pose and took great pride in it, same as anyone who puts time into what they do, for me this is articulated art so yes skill is involved

Having the butterfly joint move forward would have made this figure sooo much better, but even then the musculature and overall shape is just off. The wrists look like he has saggy skin or is wearing a muscle suit, the elbows are bad & the silhouette doesn't look right for the Hulk. It just could've and should've been so much more aesthetically pleasing for the definitive Hulk figure that we've needed for so long in Marvel Legends. Overall, I'd say it's just good enough, but definitely nothing special, especially if they'll be re-using this mold a lot for Hulk-based characters...

I know that have problems but the 2005 Galactus series first appearance green Hulk is still my favorite. Which one would you say that is the best Hulk figure? Great review as always.
IMO the different green colors on the arms, head and body looks just awful and is a deal breaker for me. Don't think I ever seen a hulk with a dark green body and light green head and arms until now.
@@ALIEN-DUDE - Hit or miss means they're either good or bad which isn't the case. There are a lot of very just-average Marvel Legends that are being produced that are neither a hit or a miss and that's the problem. The majority of collectors seem to be content with 'just good enough'.
I would've graded it a bit lower, Hulk could be an excellent figure and from what I can see every one loves big chunks of plastic, a bulky figures sells like hot bread. I'm buying the two pack with Wolverine so I'm skipping this one. Thanks for the review Anthony.

I believe it was a Toybiz left over they possibly took over. You gave it too good of a score. Should be lower with all the problems it has.
I do like this version but got the 2 pack version and like the colors and head more. If I could get my hands on this one at a decent price I would to keep in that badass packaging.
