Eyelash extensions freak me out. I've seen so many horror stories and lash loss that I could never do it. As a concept, it seems handy though. But MANNNN. The chances of someone messing them up are too high for me. I've seen people apply that lip stain with a smaller lip brush to avoid that applicator and how messy it is! Might take more patience than you have though 😂 Best wishes to your little bro and new sister-in-law; let them know these internet weirdos wish them a long, happy, and healthy marriage! I did my own makeup and hair when my cousin got married and I was one of her bridesmaids. I did it because I couldn't afford the cost of the professional everyone was using. My look was drastically different from everyone else--but I was living on my own and everyone else still lived with their parents. My cousin (the bride), who is older than me (and still lived with her parents) told me to have my parents pay for the hair and makeup. Nope. In any case, you look gorgeous! The makeup look, hair and the dress are stunning!
Weddings are SO expensive, I wish all brides would be considerate of their bridesmaids! 😔 I offered makeup and hair at my venue as a service, but never pushed it on anyone.. tbh had a friend not been able to afford it, I would have gladly paid for her as a thank you for being by my side on my special day! Thats truly what it’s all about, having the people you love there to witness your marriage. Not the superficial crap.

I love doing my own makeup and have no hair skills either. 😂 For one my my bestie’s wedding I did the flower girl and several of the other bridesmaids makeup which was so fun for me. ❤ I also did my mom’s makeup for my sister’s wedding. 🥹

Ok, I'm sorry. I have clarification questions. This was you doing your makeup right before your brother's wedding? This was not a trial? This was "I'm doing my makeup for my brother's wedding in a few hours, I hope this lip stain works"? Girl. You brave. Wow!! Nope. The Taurus in me has the look down to a "T" weeks before, I know exactly what will happen and what it'll look like. That lip stain was stressful. Whew! My family is huge on both sides. My younger sister and I we're two out of nine grandkids but a lot of great grandchildren. I normally see my cousins once or twice a year since they're busy and three of my cousins moved so it's difficult. I lost my great uncle earlier this year and I'm lucky that my mom's two older brothers live in the same town as me. I have a wedding November 8th and I don't know what color to wear.

For the lip stain, I've seen people use it and they don't smack their lips together. They let each section dry separately. As for the overlining have you tried using a brush to line it how you want it? Julia Adams MUA is the person I watched who uses it.
