How to Make Best Green Mango Salad - Thai Style...🤤!! Kerabu Mangga // Thailand Street Food

How to prepare a perfect Thai Green Mango Salad that is healthy and delicious!
Thai Green Mango salad
ingredient:
3 green Mango
1/4 big red onion
1 garlic ( pressed)
1 big red chili ( if you like spicy u can put as much as u prefer)
corianders leaves, Thai basil / mints ( optional)
1,5 tbsp of fish sauce
3 tsp of brown sugar
roasted peanut / fried peanuts
1 squeeze of lemon
1 tbsp of cooking oil
Instruction :
1. Slices the red onion, garlic, chili, and Slices long thin the 3 green mangos like I did in the video. Set a side
2. Prepare the small bowl for the sauce, add the pressed garlic in, brown sugar, fish sauce, cooking oil and lime juice and mix well.
3. In big bowl of slices mango, add slice red onion, chili, coriander, basil, roasted peanut, and pour the sauce ( I had made earlier ) into it and mix to combine well.
4. Thai green mango salad ready to serve. Enjoy
Salad Mangga Muda ala Thailand / rujak mangga ala tailand
bahan:
3 mangga hijau
1/4 bawang merah besar
1 bawang putih (diperas)
1 cabai merah besar (jika Anda suka pedas, Anda bisa memasukkan sebanyak yang Anda suka)
daun ketumbar, basil Thailand / mint (opsional)
1,5 sdm kecap ikan
3 sdt gula merah
kacang tanah panggang / kacang tanah goreng
1 perasan lemon
1 sdm minyak goreng
cara membuatnya:
1. Iris bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai, dan irisan tipis-tipis 3 buah mangga hijau seperti yang saya lakukan di video. sisihkan
2. Siapkan mangkuk kecil untuk sausnya, tambahkan bawang putih yang sudah diperas, gula merah, kecap ikan, minyak goreng dan air jeruk nipis, aduk rata.
3. Dalam mangkuk besar irisan mangga, tambahkan irisan bawang merah, cabai, daun ketumbar, kemangi, kacang panggang, dan tuangkan saus (yang sudah saya buat tadi) ke dalamnya dan aduk hingga rata.
4. Salad mangga hijau Thailand siap disajikan. Selamat Nikmati
