    This tutorial shows what to do to clock the MVPA minutes to get the maximum healthpoints for the day. The Heart Rate tracker needs to be turned on each time you're walking for a certain distance.
    The MVPA minutes are accumulated and that will enable you to hit the minimum 30 MVPA minutes and achieve the max healthpoints per day.
