U put them in the shower while ur in there and the steam helps u feel better. Especially the ones for when ur blocked up from a cold. Eucalyptus scent.

Aw thank you Caroline 😊 it's not my favorite holiday either, but I love spending the time with my son on Haloween (who will be 16 by then) as he loves the carving and the food lol ... but like you say, they do grow up, and it won't be so appealing in the future, lol.
