Anyone else still watching? I watch several times a week a mix of her videos all in a row. Trying to keep her videos up not just for us but for her kids.
It blows my mind that this was only a few days before she died. Things are everyday normal with her gorgeous self. I still cannot believe you're gone, Mel. Heartbroken and truly sad. RIP gorgeous.

Damn, Mel. You were a soldier. To not feel well and power through life anyway. You were such a figurehead in the beauty community and we really lost someone who's truly irreplaceable. Praying for your children and husband. They must be sick without you because we definitely are.
Mel's videos will always be relevant. She's an exceptional teacher, knowledgeable and loves the creative possibilities with makeup. She's a true artist in this medium.but its that wonderful personality that makes me home sick for her. Miss you mel. Iam glad for the time we got to spend together. ❣

Yes, it was a warning. The connective tissue disease she had can effect the heart valves. Their really is no cure. RN here. She was doing what she loved until the end. The women was hard working. No one can say any different. I learned so much from her. Have no idea what I was doing with makeup before.
Poor Mel, she was struggling but her passion for what she loved kept her happy and going. Missing this girl a great deal.

I bought this palette yesterday and thought what would Mel do… I wasn’t sure if I could watch this video knowing you’re no longer here with us but I’m glad I did because I’ve really missed watching you create the magic that only you can imo. 💗💗

Oh my gosh - I was actually looking for the huetopian dream looks & was wondering for ages whether Mel did a video as this didn't show up on the search & my eyes legit glued to every second of this video before scrolling down and reading that she had passed! - she def inspired some - if not all of my PMG splurges and now I own like 4 of her top 5 palettes! RIP honey. These looks are easily the funnest around on youtube. I hope this channel stays up so I can keep coming back over and over to learn from Mel. Legend.
This Hutopian dream. Glad to know she was made happy by the pops of intense color and sparkly shine here. I can see the eyes/face potentially in the palette. The commentary overarching the brand similarities here seemingly Mel’s swan song. Just still missing her presence in the beauty community. 💔

Dear Mel, I hope there's a way for you to know that you keep inspiring people every day. I was diagnosed with a chronic illness a few years ago & it's hard for me to leave the house. I started getting into more colourful, glittery makeup that would cheer me up on those dark days. Inevitably, I landed in Pat Mcgrath land & it was first & foremost your reviews & demos that helped me make my purchase decisions. I regret none of them. This might seem super insignificant when looking at the scale of things , but it means the world to me & I thank you for that ♡
A new Mothership palette is out and it’s even less exciting knowing that you won’t be reviewing it. I know you are watching from Heaven. You’ll be happy to know that someone from PML was listening to you because she put silver in this recent palette. Miss you so much Mel.
I love this video. I don't even know how many times I've watched it. I finally got this mothership palette and tried out Mel's pink fairy look. So pretty and it turned out great. I'm going to miss her beautiful looks so much.

This is the first time I’ve seen someone else use a shimmer as a transition shade, yay! I love using shimmers as transitions when I’m in a hurry to get out the door but still want a look that’s shiny and pretty. 😊
I grew up in the 80s and 90s and most of the available shadows were shimmers😂 Therefore we had no choice but to use shimmer in the crease! Pat started during the 80s as well so I guess she used that technique too. Anyway, my point is that that you can use any texture of shadow anywhere. There are no rules 😊😊xxx

💔💔 I admire how strong she is. She doesn’t sound 100% in this video but I honestly didn’t even notice the first time I saw this video 😭 I don’t know if Pat McGrath has sent her condolence (I know Natasha Denona did on Wayne Goss’ post) but I never would have bought any of my PML eyeshadow palettes if it wasn’t for Mel, and I know others are the same so I hope these big makeup companies acknowledge these RUclipsrs who have done so much to support them.

I almost passed on this one because it did look a little similar to others but those sparkly shades on the end got me and I'm so glad I went for it. Weirdly I realized I only have the odd numbered Mothership palettes: 1 3 5 7 & 9. I feel like the ones I have are different enough that I can get really cool looks and I'm really excited to combine them together with this one! You're looks are awesome! I would love to see you mix up your Mothership palettes to create some cool looks

I passed on this particular palette. I do wish PM would include one more matte to the Motherships and leave out the Gold. It’s getting a bit redundant. As you said, I do wish she would have released a quad with the three special shades from this palette and a matte. I would have purchased that.

I still can't come to terms that I wouldn't be able to see Mel do all the reviews and tutorials of the new stuff especially palettes that are out for the holidays..will truly miss that. I always wait to hear what she has to say (also Kelsee) before I buy. She would of loved ABH Primrose palette cause the color scheme is right up her alley and it's good..I love it for everyday look.
I love all your reviews and I was waiting for this one. For myself, recently I find I have more interest in some of these newer, smaller, indie brands lately. Like, I ordered from JD glow and Sydney Grace, and I was SHOCKED at the pricetag for the quality. Combine that with the ability to pick and choose "special" shades at a pretty reasonable price tag (although can still be spensy) and I feel like what I really want to do is put my money toward all the special shades in single form than keep accumulating palettes. And then get creative with my singles and cobble together color stories I am interested in. I still love plenty of big company makeup but lately my interest has really gone to this new place. It makes me want to not only buy special singles from these companies but also only buy palettes that the colors can pop out and you can use them in other color stories. Just my honest thoughts as a fellow beauty lover, thank you Mel!
Indie companies were the first to do multichromes and I think Chaos cosmetics’ are still the best you can get. Also my favorite lipstick colors are blue and green and Pretty Zombie is online only and they make amazing lipsticks. Spoiled lips is good too, it’s just that they make more regular colors, which isn’t really my thing.

Hey Mel, I didn’t get this palette. I only have 3 of her mothership palettes and then I got the Celestial divinity palette. And even though I love those palettes I don’t think I need anymore of them. There is one or two that I do want, but maybe later. What I did get is the Vanity Makeup Cosmetics The Signature eyeshadow palette. I was going to wait for a sale. But then I decided that I really wanted it. So I got it. It’s pricey. But I used it 2 already & I love it. Worth every penny to me. I love the looks you did here. And I hope you do more. Mel what ever got you feeling off. I hope it’s nothing really bad. And I hope you & your family are okay. I have you in my prayers. Love you Mel. Till the next one. 🙏🥰😘
