Hi Mike: John S here. This is a MUCH better explanation than SoundRadix's own video!

Hey Michael. Hope you are healthy and kickin! Would you use Drum leveler on a full mix if you have an element poking out beyond logical thinking and catch it with that? If yes , why- if no , why . Peace!

Great video! So can you verify how to for example; process only the peaks (bringing them up) and leave all the in between ghosts notes unprocessed?

I bought this a while ago, not using it anymore as it tends to wash off the transients when used on single Tracks, no matter if used for compression or gating...

Great review/tip as usual. Very nice tool.. Have you used Cable Guys Volumeshaper 4? ( www.cableguys.com/volume-shaper.html ) Has so many uses, transparent compression/gate/transient shaping all all highly controllable, when midi triggered. As well as the usual volume ducking/side chain style duties... Use it all the time.

+Death By Dub Digital Thanks DBDD! Really love the simplicity and flexibility of the Drum Leveler. Sound Radix makes some very unique tools. I will have to check out your link.
