    To answer some of the questions below. You can get solder paste from most electronics supply houses. You can do it faster manually because we had it turned way down. But why would you if you don't have to do it at all. The pad coordinates are from the locations inside the Eagle software. The centroid is found for each part between the pad in a hand written program using Excel. The data can then be download from Eagle and put into the program.

    pretty nice but you should beef it up and put some servos with higher IPM!

    That's pretty neat! Does it dispense a set amount of solder paste, or can it dynamically vary the amount?
    Have a conveyor system going to a pick n place machine, and another going to a reflow oven, and you're well away!
