    Inventory needs to explode to get prices back to where they should be.

    It’s hard to bet against California housing. I bought at the worst time in 2007 and yet my home is now triple what I paid for it despite seeing it drop 20% in 2009. There’s really never a bad time to buy if you keep your home for a few years but it’s always a bad time to rent as there’s nothing to gain by doing so.

    RENT CONTROL, JUST CAUSE AND ALL OTHER NEW GOVERNMENT LAWS are the reason demand is low in LOS ANGELES😢😢😢

      Gov restrictions on what should be a free market is always the main problem. Central planners that think they can figure out micro solutions from their macro ivory towers will fail everytime. The degree of failure is what we the people have to bear. Unless we know the difference between codes, rules, regulations, statutes and Common Law.
