I enjoyed watching your video! I also have 4 pairs of headphones! My gym bag is full of stuff. I tried decluttering it, but everything that is in there I genuinely use. I was also thinking about getting a little notebook to write down all my workouts and the weights I use. In my gym bag I also have a barbell pad, wrist wraps, lifting straps, my own clamps (because at the gym I can never find any), pre workout, and my little period kit. Ps it’s Chelita! My real name is Miriam, but people always mess up and call me Maria 🙃 So I just go by my nickname.
This was very interesting to watch…totally love what’s in my gym bag videos. My gym bag is totally different from yours… one thing I don’t carry in my bag is a planner… I have different shoes for different lifts and I also have knee sleeves, wrist wraps, and weight lifting belts.
You dropped some gems 💎 in this video, I didn’t know about the make up removal water for your hair and the spray, I’m sure My Son would like to use that 😊but most importantly don’t ever worry if someone is being judgey you are Rey not them and most time when people are like that is because they don’t like themselves in my opinion
